It was their third roller coaster, and Fel was still as excited as a Kid in a candy store. And she wasn't the only one.
Saig and Damien were running around, kidding and goofing off.

The (ex)human girl was still stunned to see a vampire in Day light, even if this evening the sun was hided by cloud.
But Darkon had explained her that it wasn't the day that was dangerous, it was the sun. Direct contact with sun ray were mortal for vampire in case of prolonged exposure.
Sunburn was taking a very different meaning for them.

Deerck and Sylv were more composed and they were simply following like parents, wherever the 'kid' would take them.

They decided next to go the haunted house. It was making the host boy very amused, and Fel wasn't worried in the least either.
Damien was currently bugging her, trying to grasp the idea of the haunted house.

"But why would people like to be afraid of us, when they try to kill us at sight?"

Since about five minute ago, when the house came into the conversation, he asked a first question. Now the blond girl was simply trying not to snap at him.

"Because" she spoke slowly, like one would spoke to a little child "People like to be safely scared."

"But it's not scary if it's safe!"

Okay, that's it!

"Forget it Damien. Just stop. right. now."

"But..."

"Come on Damien" Sylvain chided in, helpful "You're getting annoying even for us."

"I just try to understand human better that's all!"

Fel sighed and ran ahead to catch up with Deerck and Darkon, leaving the trio to argue the question.
Arriving at their level she eavesdropped the words: "secret" and "danger" But she decided to ignore it.
During the few last hour she learned to see them for who they were and not what they were.
Strange how a few hour of fun with them could change an opinion.
Now the girl wasn't thinking as them as a group of monster, but as a bunch of teenagers.

Okay flirty and predatory teenagers but still...

She tugged on Deerck sleeve and with a little flick of her head, indicated the direction Damien had take and where he was currently seducing a young girl.

When they finally reached the house, the demon was pouting, and holding his right ear.
They bought a few ticket and were allowed inside.

The particularity of this haunted house was the place conformation.
it was a giant maze, decorated with dimly lit forest and dark streets, the whole thing full of 'horrible monster'.

Right after the first turn they were 'attacked' by a plastic werewolf, and the surprise made Fel jump back, sending her tumbling into Darkon and grabbing his arms.
He bended and whispered in her ear

"You know it's just a fake, but if you wanted to hold me you just had to ask."

The blond was extremely thankful for the darkness around them for it was hiding her face, and with the heat on her cheek she was sure that she must have been cheery red.

She abruptly dropped his arms and huffed before sprinting ahead muttering incomprehensible thing under her breath.

Darkon was starring at her. He knew he was making progress in getting close to her and while he was glad for it he was also beginning to feel strange every time she was around. A very bothering thing for him.

His train of thought was cut off by Deerck.

"We should go after her... She could get lost."

The angel nodded and he began to follow the trail left by the girl smell and energy.
Perhaps he should have told her he could do that... And also that he was perfectly fine with seeing in the Dark...
Oh well. She was cute when she blushed anyway...

Meanwhile Fel was trying her very best not to panic. But the fact was here:
She was definitely lost.

I perhaps shouldn't have gone alone like this...

Taking deep breath she looked around a bit before opting for a direction and then began to walk again.
How could any way be better than another... They were all the same! And by walking always straight ahead she would bump into someone sooner or later...Right?

So she walked, and walked, and walked some more before stopping a bit when her legs began to hurt.
She checked her watch again and gasped.
Two hours! Already two hours walking in there and she never saw anyone else!
Two hours that felt like barely twenty minutes!

Her breathing got faster. She was beginning to panic, and her thought were slowly turning illogical.
For all she knew the fair was now closed. The boy's left. She was alone trapped in there. Bound to die here from thirst and...

The fact that all of this was completely impossible nowadays didn't reached her panicked mind, her imagination going wild silence.
Desperate she started a run through the maze, screaming her head off to call for help and barely avoiding the incoming walls.
But her play were only met by darkness and oppressing silence.
Exhaustion finally catching up with her she fell on her knee; sobbing quietly in the middle of an alley.

She didn't knew how many time she stayed there, wrying softly for help, but when her tears stopped she realized someone was watching her.
Blinking a few time she saw that a girl was standing right in front of her.
But even if she could see the girl, she was still able to see the rest of the haunted house right through the girl body.
Glancing up she saw that the 'apparition' was blond with curly hairs, Clothed in green with a tiny top and a skirt.
The face of that strange girl was somewhat scary, and somewhat familiar:

Sharp eyes deeply set into the face, and red pupils shining softly. A frown showing the end of sharp fangs that could have belong to a vampire. And pointed ears on either side, not very different from cat or wolf ears, the fur in less.

Beside the fact that she was floating this seemingly savage girl wasn't that scary and the relief of finally having someone to help her was dulling her fear.
Slowly Fel went to her feet, never getting her eyes off the strange ghost.

"Who are you?" The question was whispered shakily and echoed in the silence.

The figure didn't answered but a faint smile crossed her feature.
Then the ghost turned around and began to 'walk' away.
Afraid to be left alone again, Fel didn't took anytime to think about it and simply ran after the apparition, calling out.

"Wait! WAIT! DON'T LEAVE ME HERE!"

After perhaps ten minutes of this, the blond ghost stopped and showed a hallway before disappearing.

Left alone Fel looked at the direction that have been showed and since she didn't had any better idea, she walked that way.

The fear was now slowly creeping up again and she had a hard time to concentrate on what was around her. Her concern were all about what just happened.
She was so absorbed in her thought she didn't saw that someone was running toward her until she was grabbed into a tight hug.

"Where were you? You want us to have an heart attack? What got into you to disappear like that?"
Darkon relief was making him scream. The other joined soon and they tried to understand what had happened.

After Fel sudden fit, and her departure, the whole group decided to go after her, following her energy trail.
And all of sudden every trace had just disappeared.
The five gigolo have been very surprised and worried. The worst of them was Darkon.

Not being able to track her down they had resorted to disperse and search the whole maze.
Maintaining permanent mental contact they soon discovered that a invisible shield had been set into the haunted house, and an important part of the place was now inaccessible.
During the two hours that followed, they tried everything they knew, hoping to pass through that strange force-field, to no avail. A few painful failure for each of them had been convincing enough.
They resorted to wait, Darkon pacing nervously in front of the shield, until finally her energy became detectable again.

After having regrouped around her and listened to her side of the story they all agreed to go back to the club.
On the way back, and to make sure nothing would happen again, Darkon grabbed Fel hand and held it. He refused to explain no matter how hardly she insulted and fought him. When they reached the bar, only there, did he let go of her hand, cradling his own against his chest. Man that girl was no vampire but she could scratch and bite alright!

They were all so relieved to be back that none of them saw the black smock-like beast that followed them all the way. The creature watched until the last of the gigolo closed the door, and disappeared into nothing.

Whooooo New chapter!
Have fun people our gigolo band is going to the fair ^^
But is visiting a haunted house such a good idea?
